Guide to the “Work of Russia” Recruitment Centers
Work of Russia is a digital guide developed as part of the rebranding of the national employment center network into the modern social service “Work of Russia” The platform serves as an internal tool for standardization, providing comprehensive guidelines for organizing employment centers across the country.
The site offers structured guidance on office layout, space zoning, staff placement, client interaction, wayfinding, visual identity, and brandbook usage. Essentially, it functions as an interactive methodological repository that unifies architectural, organizational, and communication standards into a single system.
The project is built using vanilla JavaScript with Alpine.js for reactive UI components. Its architecture avoids heavy frameworks, focusing on performance and precise control over client-side logic.
A custom chunking system and seamless page transitions are implemented, allowing content to load dynamically without full page reloads. This creates a smooth, app-like navigation experience across a large amount of material while maintaining logical URLs and proper browser history handling.
As a result, guide.cznnew.ru is a lightweight, fast, and scalable internal platform that combines methodological materials, design system elements, and interactive documentation within a unified digital environment for the “Work of Russia” rebranding.
